Is it really free for my club?
Yes.
There are no upfront or ongoing costs for your club.
Your fans pay for their orders online, all orders are produced and fulfilled on demand and shipped direct to your fans.
Everything is handled by us.
Your club will never be charged for anything.
How do I get started with my club?
Contact us via our Live Support.
We will get to know more about your club, send us on your club crest, details about your club and we can design some club gear for you.
Once you approve any designed products we will sell it on our website.
Promote any products within your club or on social media to help generate sales among your members and wider community support as the more of your fans buy your gear, the more money you make!
What type of gear can my club sell?
There is currently a large selection of gear that we can add your club branding and designs to.

You do not need to sell all the gear available. You chose which gear you want to sell.
You can start with mugs or go all in from that that with all available gear.
You can stop selling any individual item at any time.
You are in full control or what gear your sell and when.
Is there a free shipping option?
We do not offer free shipping as all of our products are made to order and shipped individually.
We work closely with our fulfilment partners and couriers to keep all shipping costs to a minimum and reduced rates are available where possible if multiple items are shipped together from the same location at the same time.
There are no hidden shipping costs though, you will get a full breakdown of all shipping costs for each item ordered before you complete your order.
Do you offer next day delivery?
All products are custom made to order.
Therefore, it is not possible to offer next day delivery.
Delivery times vary by product but each item is given an estimated delivery date before you complete your order.
On average, orders are processed, produced and shipped to you in around 5 to 10 days.
Full order tracking is provided on all orders.
What is on-demand ordering?
On Demand ordering means every bit of gear you order is made for especially for you.
Each item is sent to you individually from different fulfilment partners and therefore has a separate delivery cost and time.
Every item also comes with full tracking.
You will be advised up front on each delivery cost and delivery date before you complete your purchase.
Does my club have to sign a contract?
No.
There are no contracts to sign.
There is no contractual obligation on your clubs part.
You are free to opt out at any time, no notice required.
You can ask us to stop selling your gear at any time, no questions asked.
What do we do if one of our members has an issue with an order?
We handle all customer service issues so you don't have to spend any of your valuable time dealing with any of those issues.
You are free to continue on with the job of running your club.
Why are there separate delivery costs and dates for different items in my cart?
All our gear is made to order by various fulfilment partners we work with so items are sent to you from different locations and therefore have their own separate delivery costs and dates.
This allows your club to offer these products at no cost or risk to the club and you can buy club gear with no minimum quantities and at any time of the year with minimal delivery times.
Every bit of gear you buy is made to order especially for you and sent direct from individual fulfilment locations once carefully produced and quality checked.
Each bit of gear in your order comes with full tracking.
All delivery times and delivery costs are confirmed up front before you complete your sale for full transparency.
Will it require much time and effort from my club once set up?
Very little.
We do most the work so you can focus on the tough job of running your club.
All we need from your club is of course your approval to sell club gear on your behalf and approve each designed product.
Other than that there is no obligation on the part of your club.
We will run Facebook posts promoting your club gear and run special offers throughout the year.
All we would ask is that your club helps promote your club gear within your club or on your social media to help generate sales among your members and wider community support as the more of your fans buy your gear, the more money you make!
